1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming operations in the Republic of the Philippines. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. winph7 reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents at any time to verify your age. Accounts registered by individuals under the age of twenty-one (21) will be immediately closed, and all associated Funds will be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

The winph7 platform operates under a PAGCOR license and is intended for use by residents and citizens of the Republic of the Philippines. Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations governing online gaming in their place of residence. winph7 does not represent that the services offered on the Platform are legal in jurisdictions outside the Philippines. Users located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are expressly forbidden from creating an Account or using winph7 services.

2.3 Account Registration Process

To create an Account on the winph7 platform, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid mobile phone number, and email address. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension or termination.

2.4 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the winph7 platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual, whether using different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. winph7 employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. If multiple Accounts are discovered, winph7 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all wagers placed through duplicate Accounts, and forfeit any winnings or bonuses credited to those Accounts.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, is your sole responsibility. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach, you must notify winph7 immediately through the official customer support channels. winph7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Account Funds

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

winph7 supports deposits through Philippine-based payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers via Instapay and PESONet, and direct deposits from Philippine commercial banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other PAGCOR-approved payment channels. The minimum deposit amount is Twenty-Five Philippine Pesos (PHP 25.00). Maximum deposit limits may apply based on the payment method selected and your Account verification status.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws, winph7 requires all Users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawal requests. This process requires submission of valid government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or Unified Multi-Purpose ID), proof of residential address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and, in certain cases, proof of payment method ownership. winph7 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify Account ownership and comply with regulatory obligations.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within seventy-two (72) hours of submission, subject to successful completion of KYC verification and compliance with all applicable terms. Withdrawals are processed using the same payment method used for deposits whenever feasible. If the original deposit method is no longer available, alternative withdrawal methods may be arranged at winph7's discretion. The minimum withdrawal amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100.00). winph7 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, third-party payment processors or banks may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond winph7's control.

3.4 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Any promotional bonuses, free bets, or other promotional credits awarded to your Account are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms as outlined in the applicable bonus terms and conditions at the time the bonus is issued. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds are separate from deposited funds and cannot be withdrawn directly. If a wager is placed in error due to a technical malfunction, display error, or incorrect odds, winph7 reserves the right to void that wager and refund the stake amount. 4.3 Betting Limits

winph7 imposes minimum and maximum wagering limits on all gaming products. These limits vary by game type, market, and user Account status. winph7 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice. Limits may also be applied on a per-user basis based on account activity, risk assessment, or responsible gaming considerations.

4.4 Prohibited Wagering Practices

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of fraudulent, collusive, or abusive wagering behavior, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting across multiple platforms; use of automated betting software or bots; coordinated wagering with other users to exploit bonuses; exploitation of technical errors or display bugs; and any activity that undermines the integrity of the gaming platform. winph7 employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect prohibited behavior. Accounts found engaging in such practices will be immediately suspended, all associated wagers voided, and winnings forfeited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, winph7, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or gaming services, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, including negligence, breach of contract, or strict liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so this limitation may not apply in full depending on your location.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any gaming services provided by winph7 shall first be submitted to winph7 customer support for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or, at winph7's option, resolved through the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines. PAGCOR maintains a dispute resolution mechanism for gaming-related disputes, and users may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with its published procedures.

9. Amendments to Terms

winph7 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason, including to comply with changes in Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to users via email, platform notification, or prominent display on the winph7 website. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with the procedures set forth herein.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

winph7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if continued operation of your Account poses a risk to the integrity or security of the Platform. In the event of Account termination for breach of these Terms, any remaining Funds in your Account will be forfeited, except where prohibited by law or PAGCOR regulation. Users may voluntarily close their Accounts at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Funds will be returned to the user following completion of all pending wagers and KYC verification.

11. Privacy and Data Protection
